CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference announced Sunday that No. 15-ranked Eastern Oregon University Softball clinched the title of Under Armour Team of the Week for the second time this season.
The Moutnaineers recently swept the University of Providence over the weekend. Key performances included Kaylie Hoskins pitching a shutout in game one, Kylie Parsons throwing a no-hitter in game two, and Madelyn Durham hitting a grand slam in game three. Hoskins also pitched a perfect game in game three, finishing the weekend with 27 total strikeouts.
Eastern Oregon currently sits at 22-5 overall, 13-2 in conference play. Looking ahead, Eastern Oregon is set to host No. 21-ranked College of Idaho next weekend, battling for the top spot in the CCC.
