MANHEIM, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association has announced the recipients of the NAIA Women’s Wrestling Scholar All-America awards, with six different Mounties earning their way onto the list.
The recognition awards student-athletes for their achievements in both academics and athletics. A total of 183 scholar-athletes from 30 institutions across the nation are being celebrated for their outstanding accomplishments. Among them are five exceptional athletes from Eastern Oregon:

Brook Cicierski
Irma Retano
Trinity Tafoya
Liv Wieber
Eastern Oregon Athletics recognizes Kadence Beck, Paige Chafin, Brook Cicierski, Irma Retano, Trinity Tafoya, Liv Wieber, and all the scholar-athletes across the nation who have earned these achievements for their work on the mat and in the classroom.
