Mounties Finish Regular Season on Four Game Win Streak

PORTLAND, Ore. – Eastern Oregon was back in action Friday as they took on the Lions of Multnomah University. Eastern ultimately took the match by a score of 3-0. The win improved the Mounties season record to 9-3-4.

Eastern Oregon took control of the match early in the first half after Chloe Flynn found the back of the net in the 13th minute, assisted by Erika Skindlov, giving the Mounties a 1-0 lead. Skindlov extended their lead further with a goal of her own in the 45th minute, making it 2-0 at halftime.

The second half saw the Mountaineers continuing to control the game. Carly Imes scored in the 86th minute, with Emersyn Huett providing the assist, sealing the 3-0 victory.

Standout Performances

This match concludes the regular season for the Mountaineers. Eastern has clinched their spot in the Cascade Collegiate Conference Tournament with their 7-3-2 CCC record. More information on conference tournament seeding and matches will be released soon.
