EOU vs. Multnomah

The day after EOU played Warner, their next opponent was Multnomah University on 02/10/18. This game was in Portland, Oregon. It is known to be difficult to play back to back games because of the toll it takes on your body. That was proved by EOU losing this game as well as the last one. The score wasn’t even close.

The leading scorer for EOU was Cole Ashby with fourteen points. Multnomah’s leading scorer, Max McCullough, got thirteen points. Austin Winegar had a solid game, while obtaining a double-double. He had eleven points and ten rebounds. Peter Eke heavily contributed to the rebounds with a career high of sixteen.

Individually, the EOU players were solid, but not enough to beat Multnomah again. These last two losses dropped EOU to fifth in the conference. They have a chance to redeem themselves this upcoming weekend, here at Quinn Coliseum.
