EOU Softball Reschedules Kids Skill Camp to June 9

LA GRANDE, Ore.- EOU Softball has announced a change in schedule for its upcoming Kids Skill Camp, originally scheduled for June 2. The event will now take place on June 9, 2024. This adjustment was necessitated by the EOU Softball team’s qualification for the NAIA National Tournament, requiring additional preparation time.

“We would like to apologize for the date change of our kids camp,” Head Coach Nicole Christian said. “We have ended our season and moved on to post play and want to make sure we have enough time to prepare for the upcoming camps!”

As the EOU Softball team gears up for the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round, it has become imperative to allocate sufficient time for training and preparation. Consequently, the decision was made to reschedule the Kids Skill Camp to June 9 to accommodate the team’s commitments and ensure that the camp maintains its high standards of quality.

The Kids Skill Camp remains committed to providing young athletes with valuable instruction and guidance in softball fundamentals, delivered by experienced coaches and players. Registrants who have already enrolled in the camp will automatically have their registrations transferred to the new date.
