LA GRANDE, Ore. – In Saturday’s matchup against Whitworth, Eastern Oregon baseball fell to the pirates with a final score of 3-8.

The trend continued in the fourth inning with Spencer Shipman’s homer, extending Whitworth’s lead to 2-0.

Whitworth’s offense remained relentless, adding to their lead in the fifth and sixth innings. Jacob Doughty’s homer in the fifth brought the score to 3-0.
