Eastern Oregon Football Announces Third Wave of 2024 Signings

LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University Football is excited to announce the third group of signings for the 2024 recruiting class.

“We are very excited about the collection of young men who decided today to continue their athletic and academic futures at Eastern Oregon University,” Head Coach Tim Camp said. “This group represents five states and a combination of skill sets that will help elevate our program.”

The third group of signees includes three skill players and one big.

“As always, we value not just their athletic talents, but their commitment to high-level academics and strong character,” Camp said. “I appreciate all the hard work that our staff put in to assemble this outstanding class.”

Listed below is the third wave of players that have signed with Eastern Oregon Football for National Signing Day.

GROUP 3

Kingston Kapu
King Kekalike High School (HI) – Skill

Coaches comments: “Kingston comes to us from the great state of Hawaii as a long and versatile defensive back. He possesses one of the most important traits for every great DB to have, playing with a lot of confidence.”

Kalani Puu
King Kekalike High School (HI) – Skill

Coaches comments: “Kalani is a strong and versatile football player. He possesses the ability to score from anywhere on the football field.”

Ben Gorney
Mount Rainier High School (WA) – Big

Coaches comments: “Ben will be a great addition to our defensive front. He is a savvy football player with quick feet and violent hands.”

Ashton Demarest
Napavine High School (WA) – Skill

Coaches comments: “Ashton is a versatile athlete with experience on both sides of the football. He possesses a high football IQ and plays with great instincts.”
